Working on a bugfix for my puzzle games

January 17th, 2012

Just wanted to let you know that I finally reproduced that freeze bug that was reported several times. I could convince my wife that I need an iPad to reproduce the bug. (She now uses the iPad more often than I do :D). But it still took some aid from my little testers until I found out how it happens.

It has something to do with that “swipe with all your fingers to switch applications” gesture. (I’m sure there is a fancy name for it, but I don’t know it yet).

So finally I can start fixing that bug. Updates should be available in about 1-2 weeks, dependant on the time that it takes apple to review them.

Updates for three of my apps

January 7th, 2012

Hi folks,

there are updates available for
Farm For Toddlers,
Animal Puzzle For Toddlers and
Dino World

The updates contain bugfixes like a crash when placing a puzzle piece as well as some improvements like a back-slider button instead of a back button. I’ve also removed many of the popups and social buttons to make the usage more toddler-friendly :)

Updates are available for iOS and Android.

Two small releases

September 23rd, 2011

Hi folks! Today I am proud to announce two new releases! The first is my “make a game in 48h” attempt OOORCS that was already available for Android for quite some time. Now it is available for iOS as well! Get it for free at the appstore!

The second release is a small kids-app I created last weekend. The children of my sister-in-law were so astonished by a small android app called “Sounds for Kids” that makes nothing but play animal-sounds when you tap on the corresponding image. So I decided to make a small farm with some animals that can be touched as soft of a present for them. The result is Farm for Toddlers that can be downloaded for free from the Android Market here. It’s coming to iPhone and iPad soon :)
